I had another amazing experience at…
I had another amazing experience at Redwood Sauna! This was my return visit, I was buying accessories for our sauna. Unfortunately, I had to exchange one of the items.. The process was seamless and efficient. A special thank you to Joe, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cabin Sauna Kit and Alaskan Cold Plunge
Your Cabin Sauna Kit and Alaskan Cold Plunge are of high quality and look great on our brick patio. The sauna assembly was straight-forward due to labeling and relatively clear instructions in the manual. The video was very helpful. It was also easy to speak with a real person on the few occasions when I needed clarification when ordering and assembling the units. Even during the heat of summer in Santa Fe, NM, we love the contrast of dry heat followed by a cold plunge, but we look forward to climbing in on crisp fall and winter days and evenings ahead!

Love our new duo mini cube
Love our new duo mini cube! Delivery was easy and on time. I’m not very handy and was able to put it together with a friend- took us about 6 hours including the deboxing and watching the instructions which were very informative. 8kW gets up to 185 in about 25 mins.

They were extremely helpful in getting…
They were extremely helpful in getting me a replacement part for my sauna that was not available on their website. They also found a way to ship it to me when their systems initially wouldn’t let them.
