Find someone you can use again if needed. This isn’t it
I too, initially wrote a review regarding the ease of loan and the first time was in fact an easy process. Oh, and yes the rates were in fact the best rates around. Had I known that the company was only useful for one time loans I would not have used them. I only used this company because he was recommended. Of course, I stayed professional and say thank you at the end because it’s not worth going back and forth over when there are other companies. However, it makes more sense to go with a company you can stick with and not have to do all this changing crap. We did have to change and it is fine we did but it’s just an irritating process. Lesson learned is how I feel, and yes I do believe that information should be given out before any deal is made. The other guy probably went through what we are going through WC taking forever to get payments right and I’ve been off work due to a car wreck. But, I said to heck with that and went back but the point is, I was supposed to have surgery and now I’m delayed again. I guess the only good part about this guy is we never seen the contract since my secretary handling my business responds to mostly everything.

Nyeshi: Usually when i get a 3 star review I try and explain why the review is wrong. However, I am honest enough to admit that what you are saying is sometimes true. While we do make 2nd and 3rd loans, we do so only when the client had a surgery since the first loan or a rejected but reasonable offer to settle. That was not the case here and so we denied an additional loan. You are also correct that this is not mentioned on the website. Finally, I would like to add that our original loan, for a reasonably substantial amount, was in line with your lawyer's guidance. Lastly, which you did not mention, your husband received the absolute cheapest rate available in the country, guanrateed. That is on our website. I am sorry that you are not happy. Feel free to call and discuss if you want. best to you in either case. Jeff
