Mr. Rubin made the paperwork/application clear to read and answer. I have never had to use a company like his so I spent hours reading many companies information. His web site was concise and easy to understand. There is a graph showing what you can expect to owe him when you get your settlment......there are no surprises. I would highly reccomend. Sally Brown
