Eden was great to work with! My colleague and I unfortunately missed our scheduled flight with another airline and had to book another flight to get to our destination the same day. Eden was patient, understanding, and very helpful. He definitely made our situation less stressful. He made extra sure our information was correct to eliminate discrepancies. Would definitely fly with this airline again.
