Jamieson did a Great follow up of a Complex Case
I had a problem with my daughter´s name with Avianca tickets. This was a complex issue, that caused a lot of confusion. Finally agent Jamieson followed up my case and is currently is helping get my refund for this issue. Thanks Jamieson!
