wow...i booked through priceline and that was a nightmare..received no help i called alask and spoke to samuel who was AWESOME, got my flight rebooked and my refund and was extremely courteous. T Y
my flight was canceled and received no help from priceline who informed me i could not call alaska to resolve issue after 2 weeks of the run around i called alaska and spoke to samuel who was amazing and so nice got my refund and helped me book new flights..thank you for all your help

I had an issue while booking my flight…
I had an issue while booking my flight so I called the company and after talking with Clive my issue was promptly addressed and my issue was resolved! I definitely recommend this company for your travels

Kylie was AMAZING!
Kylie was AMAZING! Aug 5th our westjet flites were cancelled due to major storm in calgary. It was extremely important to arrive back in London UK asap. She cancelled and refunded our westjet flites, found new air canada flites to ensure arrival in UK ws expedited all successfully. She had professionalism, empathy and grace while dealing with an extremely emotional traveller. Cannot thank her enough!♡

Excellent service Richard Parker made my day!
I am so grateful to Frontier Airlines. The 1st representative to help me was Richard Parker. I had been stuck in chicago from canceled flights for 3 days and had no luck with various different travel services untill I called frontier. Richard was on the phone with me very helpful, kind and patient for almost 2 hours and assured me he would make sure I'm taken care of. Now I can rest and get to my destination safely. Thank you so much.
