The availability of the tools I needed. What I was not happy with was how my items were packaged and shipped. Everything was loos with very little packing and the box was torn in multiple locations as if thrown around and re taped as if it was opened.

The package was miss delivered to my neighbors address.

The package was delivered in a timely manner, but the box was severely damaged.

I like that the company is easy to work with and a great product. But the shipping has a little bit of a problem packages came damaged products were scratched but not broken. All on all is a great company

Was delayed for some reason. Packaging could have been better - tool was sliding around in box.
