I made a cyber monday purchase of what I naively believed were great 2024 cyber monday deals on the redtoolstore website with 80% discount deals lol. I made a $578 purchase feeling like I had just made a great purchase lol, to later find that the redtoolstore is a potential fraudulent website posing as an authorized Milwaukee Tool distributor as they claim that on their website. Milwaukee Tool partners with a network of authorized distribution partners across the United States, the list is on the official Milwaukeetool website and Redtoolstore is not on the list. I felt extreme concern when after doing more research I find that there are counterfeit Milwaukee tools in the market and I quickly gave my best effort to cancel my oder, I also contacted my bank customer service to let them know about my situation. The redtoolstore website looks authentic and the reviews seem real, but it is not on the list of Milwaukee Tool authorized distribution partners. My concern was relieved after seeing my account balance and noticed redtoolstore had refunded my cancelled purchase. Worse yet redtoolstore was a sponsored ad on youtube as I was watching Milwaukee tool review videos and boom, that is how I fell into this rabbit hole lol. Disclaimer: this was my personal experience with a youtube sponsored ad from redtoolstore, I did what I felt I needed to do to protect myself from fraud after feeling concern. I reported redtoolstore to the Milwaukeetool official website and they will look into it. My lesson here is to acknowledge that there are very smart people who know how to create a trusting appearance website. Technology is being used to scam in various way's and the only way to prevent it is to live off the grid some where over the rainbow otherwise just give yourself time to do some research before trusting. 😉 Thank you for reading my whole vent, I feel much better and less stressed now lol.

Package never was delivered.

Order RTS250006 Made an order for 916$, mob parcel was not delivered or stolen. In the support service I was told that they are not responsible and it's my problem. I advise you to order elsewhere, the impressions of the service are very bad.

I purchased an item from Red Tool Store; the item said it was in stock when the purchase was made. A few days later I received an email from Red Tool Store stating the item I purchased was on backorder for 3-4 months. I checked Red Tool Store’s website and the item I purchased still said it was in stock, but it showed a higher price. I then called Red Tool Store to ask if they had the item I purchased in stock; the representative confirmed that the item was in stock. I gave the Red Tool Store representative my order number and told them I received an email from them stating the item was out of stock. The Red Tool Store representative said that the item I purchased, at the price I purchased the item, was out of stock, but if I wanted to pay the higher price (the now advertised price for the item on their website), they could fulfill my order right away. The representative then said they agreed that this seemed unethical, so they would call their management and call me back that same day. 4 days later I still hadn't received a call back from Red Tool Store, so I decided to call them again. I explained my situation to the second representative, who placed me directly on hold for 45 minutes and then proceeded to hang up on me. Please keep in mind I was calm through every conversation with the Red Tool Store representatives I talked to. I called back a third time and calmly explained the situation to a third Red Tool Store representative. This third representative was the most helpful; he explained that it was common business practice for Red Tool Store to sell an item as “in stock” at a low price and then put it on backorder; followed by raising the price of that same item and fulfilling orders at higher prices right away. I believe they do this to try and get people to pay higher prices than advertised for items; it seems to be a way for Red Tool Store to generate sales when needed. Do to these unethical business practices, I will never buy from, nor recommend buying from Red Tool Store.

Placed an order for Christmas. Received an email saying my order had been placed on hold. Called the number and they said it was because I had used a different shipping addres than the billing address. I followed his instructions and emailed them a copy of MY photo ID and was told I would still receive it by Christmas. The next day I get a text saying my order had been canceled. Called them again to straighten it out, was told I would just have to try & order it again and that it probably would not get to me by Christmas now. This all being their fault, I would think they would have taken my order right then over the phone and sent it overnight if need be to make it right. We order A LOT of Milwaukee tools but I will not be getting them from Red Tool ever again!
