Fast delivery with no issues. I actually ordered it to the wrong address twice by mistake. I emailed them and they canceled the first order immediately. I emailed them for the second order but did not get as quick response. I couldn’t figure out how to get the address changed so I called and spoke with an agent. She was able to change the address and have it shipped out properly. Very thankful for that. Had it from California to Florida in three business days. Can’t ask for more than that.

I had recently bought a couple packout boxes from HD. Was exploring what other options were available and noticed that the price for one of the same boxes was a little better. I ordered several pieces. They all arrived together in 3 separate boxes and are exactly as I expected. Would definitely order again.

The Red Tool Store is my primary access when I decide to purchase another Milwaukee product. Over the last 9 months I have built a ground up 900 ft2 wood shop, and decided to improve my hand tool and cordless products. It has been a systematic process and since changing to the Milwaukee platform I cannot be more impressed. The tools are superior to other major brands, IMO. The Red Tool Store has everything! Very comprehensive line up of products, always readily available, superior packaging too (cannot be oversold on this point)! I have also included yard tools as well!
