Took 4 months for them to resolve my case I sent them everything that they had asked for and kept asking for more and more and was almost the same thing, I finally got my money back but I feel that they asked for too much I feel that’s why we purchase insurance because things happen and they made it even more stressful for us.

In your case, a completed Attending Physician Statement was necessary in this instance to properly evaluate your claim. We appreciate your patience as we worked with your doctor to obtain this documentation.
