I stayed at Christiana del. location twice now. Each time I was treated with the utmost respect. My room was very comfortable , however more than that was the kindness I received from check in at front desk from gentleman named( SID) As an employee for red roof inn, he was most respectful, accomadating and overall a joy to meet. California Inn and Suites a.k.a. The Red Roof Inn in Rancho Cordova, Calif. is a nice, quiet hotel with lots of rooms. Nice showers and bathtubs. Accomodating staff as I was I. need of some extra bath and bed items. Great rates, clean rooms and pets allowed. Beautiful out door pool and exercise room. Starbucks next door plus many shops and restaurants as well as fast food close by. Small fridges and microwaves in rooms for heating those yummy leftovers!!

The Red Roof Inn Phoenix North located off of the I-17/Bell Rd in Phoenix Az is Amazing! Angela helped me with checking in. Not only was she courteous she helped to even bigger savings by introducing me to RediRewards. Where you can earn discounts on more than just rooms. Cynthia made sure we had enough towels. Typically hotels that have wood floors in the room leave my feet dirty even tho they ‘wash’. But thanks to Cynthia my feet were still clean after walking around. Even tho they are renovating the hotel, which is extremely difficult while remaining open, we were not inconvenienced at all! Great location with wonderful food all around and easy freeway access. Very clean and fluffy new bath towels. Comfy bedding and new decor. I’d live here if i could lol.

I want to acknowledge the front desk associate Stephanie. Red Roof Marana. She has been extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for what she considers her guest. The only reason I stay at this location is because of her.

I stayed at the Taylor, MI location for a accumulated time of over 20 days in 2018 and have planned another ten days in May 2019 and 14 days in November 2019. I am a redicard member, which provides discounted room promotions and accumulated free nights. Rooms are always in good condition, clean, towels and soap shampoo tissue extra toilet paper. Extra towels upon request when I wanted to sleep in and cancelled room service. Counter staff is always friendly. They are an asset to Red Roof Inn. The only negative would be is that I wish they could streamline their check-in process for redicard members, make sure the safes are operational in the rooms that have them, as they charge $1.50 per night additional and never processed a refund when they don't work, even after talking to management. I still giving five stars cuz I'm not worried about the refund, I come to Red Roof Inn because of having a safe in the room for my use, with so many hotel chains now don't offer.

Red Roof Inn Burlington, NC Red Roof Inn Burlington, NC has been a great experience for us. We've been here over a week for relocation and the housekeepers are great. They know what we need and service us every morning. The rooms are very large and even include a microwave and refrigerator in the regular rate that we were not expecting. The owner, Mr. Patel has been very nice and provided outstanding service. The family loves the swimming pool it is very nice and clean and the location you cant beat. You can walk to over ten restaurants, grocery stores, and marts. The entrance is right across the street from Highway 85 and there is free Wifi included that makes it great for working. I would reccommend Red Roof Inn Burlington to anyone and thank the front desk and the housekeeping staff for their great service.
