Red Roof InnReviews of redroof.com

This is a great place to stay it is very affordable and the staff is friendly and respectful. you can even ask front desk for bottles of water and they'll give it to you

stayed 2 nights in london ky , very clean ,quiet , will stay again when in that area

Jasmine that works at the front desk has absolutely phenomenal customer service skills she should be promoted and given a raise besides that the hotel is under some renovation but they were very gracious when we had a problem with our room and they moved us no problem and also I booked through booking.com and there was an issue and they didn't make us leave at checkout time they gave us enough time to get it straightened out very good place to stay for the price and there's an amazing restaurant next door

I recently stayed at a Red Roof property traveling from Ohio to Ct, my experience at the front desk was very satisfying and the lady Julissa at the time of checking in was extremely professional and very helpful giving us directions on places to go in the area thanks for welcoming with great service it goes a long way.
