I had to stay here for 2 weeks at their Kingsland, GA hotel. ( I've stayed at ones in other states and they were great) Anyway the room had a weird smell, so I thought it was the hotel. I leave one day,( I was looking for something in particular so I had all my luggage on the floor.) Come back and there is water coming out the door to my room. My entire room is flooded, it's coming from the wall. All of my work clothes are ruined, my electronics, beats speaker ruined. I'm so angry. They put my clothes in the dryer, not washer. They give me another room, this one doesn't smell weird.. so I realized Ive been staying in a nasty room this whole time. They say they'll replace my stuff and pay for my dry cleaning ( with the except of my 200 dollar dress coat for work because it's messed up already from the water damage) They keep putting me off, they never replace any of my electronics, they never pay for my dey cleaning, they never compensated me because for a year they told me they were waiting for the insurance claim and they would never get back to me.

We recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn located Fairgrounds, Tampa Florida. What a dump, room smelled, no coffee pot, ice machine broke, entire hotel looked dirty and unkempt, was never given a receipt for our stay and was told your all set. Complete disaster, honestly the cost wasn’t even cheap. You talk about a flea ridden hotel this fitted the picture completely. Certainly there site wasn’t accurate in the least. Disgusting!

Cockroaches in the room!! Step on the floor and feel the dirt and yuk! No coffee pot in room and there was no continental breakfast. Coffee in there was mud and the pillows you had to stack the to make one decent pillow. My boyfriend sat and watched TV and killed cockroaches. He said I was out like a light so didn't want to disturb me. At 530 in the morning the alarm went off and I turned on the light to see a cockroach running off of my nightstand. Couldn't go back to sleep after that. Dirty gross and will never stay again. Already s bad experience with them do this was a vip pass for free! Never again!

The front desk staff and management at the Naples Red Roof Plus & Suites location are the most racist, rude, inconsiderate set of people I have ever Had the displeasure of doing business with in my entire life including visits to third world countries. My family is Newly Retired from 30 years in the Medical Field. We relocated from Maryland and are in Naples awaiting the completion of our brand new estate home located less than a mile from their location. Upon walking into the location with out even so much as a greeting we were immediately racially profiled by Vincente who made us feel as if we were living in the George Wallace era in the south. I was totally disgusted but stayed due to the fact that it was located so closed to our property and the fact that we are faithful redi rewards members. At one point while we were checking in Vincente cut in and had the representative stop checking us in pulled them from the computer after we had waited in line patiently for nearly 40 min and were half way checked in he proceeded to take over the computer to help someone else that had just arrived and he seemed to be apologetic to them that we were there to begin with. When he was done with them he helped two other sets of guests making us wait till the lobby was empty at the end of the line. He and his coworker Maria Lack in basic people skills!. Our entire stay after spending to the tune of thousands of dollars staying in suites we have received nasty look and over heard their disrespectful comments, I was totally taken a back that this is still happening in America in 2020. Let’s not even discuss RediRewards customer service or anyone from the 800 number they are the same with out any remedy I was hung up on twice then left on hold.

Nous sommes resté à l'hotel red roof avec ma femme pour la nouvelle année. Le premier jour l'eau des toilettes s'évacuait mal, nous sommes allés à la reception et la maintenance est venue, mais 1h après le problème était toujours là ! Nous sommes retournés à la reception chaque jour pour parler de ce problème mais il était toujours présent.... Le lendemain de la nouvelle année, lorsque j'étais parti ma femme est allé aux toilettes et là l'eau a inondé toute la chambre ! Ma femme est enceinte et elle a dû éponger l'eau sale des toilettes à 9h du matin un 1er janvier ... Nous avons dû faire nos valises dans la précipitation et la mauvaise odeur pour changer de chambre... Les clés magnétiques des chambres fonctionnent mal, nous avons dû aller à la reception 5 fois parce que nous n'arrivions plus à rentrer dans notre chambre ! L'hôtel est situé en dessous d'un couloir aérien, on entend les avions décoller et atterrir de 7h du matin jusque 2h du matin... Impossible de dormir ! Et lorsque nous avons changé de chambre pour le côté rue, là ce sont les voiture qui nous ont empêché de nous reposer. L'hotel est très mal isolé, on entend chaque bruit de dehors et des voisins. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel, le personnel n'est pas à l'écoute, il est débordé et n'a pas le temps de s'occuper des clients. L'emplacement de l'hotel et son isolation inexistante en font un hotel où il est impossible de se reposer.

My daughter had open heart surgery on Dec. 16 and didn’t want to miss spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our family in Langhorne PA so I decided it would be more comfortable for us to stay overnight in PA instead of driving an hour back and forth from East Brunswick, NJ on both days. We had a reservation at the Red Roof Inn Trevose, PA and checked in at 3:30pm, rested a few hours and went to our families house on Christmas Eve. We returned to the motel around 11 pm and the card key would not open our door. I went to the office to have it re-programmed and again it wouldn’t open. An employee came out and tried the card key and also could not get it to open. We returned to the office and the front desk clerk said maintenance would not be in until the morning. The only option she gave us was to stay in another room. I explained that all of our clothes, toiletries and medication was in the locked room; did she expect us to sleep in our clothes? Her response was “What would you like me to do?” My reply was “Do your job and find a solution to get the door unlocked.” She wouldn’t budge. A long term guest overheard what was going on and suggested she call Cisco for advice or the property general manager. Ashley’s response was “they’re not going to come out here tonight” and “Kiesha lives too far away“. She absolutely refused to do anything to get us into our room. Maybe if she called her manager she would have found out that every property has a master key to open the doors. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience, it was a serious discomfort for a person recovering from major surgery and without medication there was a real possibility of having an Afib episode. All we were looking for was a clean comfortable place to stay and common courtesy from the staff. I will NEVER use Red Roof again!

I would not stay here again I book a room on12/21 there was nobody in the lobby note on the door I stayed call for 30 minutes finally a lady came stating they went to get food y’all are ridiculous never again

Does state record guests while on property where state that at front desk I want to know???? Where does state on front desk window does state legal obligated record guests anytime???.
