Florence South Carolina,exit 160A, front desk staff not friendly at all. Made me feel unwanted just gave me a bunch of rules like I was a child. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Room was dirty and smelled horrible. No microwave, iron, coffee pot, mini fridge or blow dryer. Pillows were like cardboard and bed was very uncomfortable. Will NEVER stay in a red roof again. Quality over quantity. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

New London CT Room was filthy, noone came in to clean at all Inside lock broken in the room I stayed in and well as another guest had the same problem. The MANAGER refused to fix the door and checked me out. Front desk people EXTREMELY unprofessional, unclean, rude!!!! I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!

First room they have had poop around rim of toilet, they gave us another room. 5 minutes later I find a dirty sock under the air conditioning unit. Cleaning is definitely not priority here. Not worth $8 let alone the $108 we had to pay. Worn out from driving all day and no energy to go further. Please make sure you keep on driving and bypass this nasty place.

My husband & I recently stayed in Red Roof Inn west of Tucson AZ near I-10 on our way to CA. It is the dirtiest motel/hotel we have had the misfortune to stay in. We arrived late in the day after driving for over 10 hours, we were hungry, cold and very tired, and there were very few options. Normally I check the room before accepting the keys, this time I did not, should have! Red Roof proudly advertises "Pet Friendly", it was like staying in a kennel, dogs barking all night! Awful odors! We were constantly being woken up, we left at 5am, as it was no use trying to sleep. Red Roof should choose one or the other, really clean accommodation for humans, or a kennel for pets! we will never stay at any Red Roof again.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Oklahoma at the airport location. This place should be condemned, just torn down and rebuilt. The only thing that was relative clean was the bed...I sure hope it didn't have bed bugs. The rug was filthy and torn, the bathroom was horribly run down. They only provided one tiny piece of soap and few bath towels. The clerk was decent and rather helpful. That is the nicest thing I can say about this dump.

Garden City NY...I stayed at a Red roof Inn+ in February 2021. The website stated that I could get a crib that I needed for my 3 month old. When we got to our room, we called downstairs for a crib and they nonchalantly responded “oh we don’t have any.” Had I known this I would not have booked the room. Customer service was horrible! They barely acknowledge you when you enter the hotel and are not friendly at all!!

Redroof gives anyone a room. Just last week someone from red roof inn came to Travelodge and stoled my laundry out of Travelodge laundry mat. It was the second time he was caught on Travelodge property stealing. Im having a horrible experience at Travelodge because of Redroof inn customer's. My name is Berine ill never stay at Redroof in due to thieves.
