This company submitted a 'counterfeit item' claim against one of my eBay items. I'm a top rated seller, having sold tens of thousands of items, and 99.5% positive feedback. We don't sell counterfeits! Despite following the Redpoints guidance on appealing, submitting the appeal and photos of our item, we have had no resolution or even an acknowledgement of our appeal. Surely the most appropriate way to run this company would be to reach out to sellers, and request proof of authenticity before labeling the items as counterfeit? This review relates to notice: ENF-8723076.

This company is a scam. It flagged my authentic listings as counterfeit on eBay without test buy or inquiries. It just bullied vendors randomly to prove its fake value. Brand owners, stay away from this scam.

I'm having an issue with Red Points.

Here is how they operate: Step 1: find a website with a search engine Step 2: write some keywords they protect for their client in said search engine Step 3: file a DMCA against the website because it returned a page whose url includes their protected keywords. Then they have the gall to send this message in the DMCA: "[Client] has confirmed to us that they have a good faith belief that the following content is infringing upon their valid intellectual property rights:" when this is just automated and unverified. I don't know how efficiently their clients are actually protected by their actions, but the collateral damage in the process sure is extensive.

This company uses automated bots to takedown items it thinks are fake....in the process removes more real items than fake ones and gets sellers in trouble. Ebay/Amazon/Vinted/Etsy etc can do nothing since they are acting on behalf of the first party. This company violates consumer protection laws

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner un 0. Basicamente es una empresa que engaña, te hacen pagar mas de 2.000€ al mes para no hacer nada y encima te obligan a quedarte con ellos. Pésimo servicio. Encima nos quejamos y nos dijeron que nos iban a poner una persona nueva y era peor que la anterior. No hacen nada y te cobran mucho, os lo podéis ahorrar.

Banned of Vinted for uploaded a genuine item I purchased from America while on holiday. Told by Vinted they couldn’t re instate my account even if my item was genuine due to your site potentially taking them to court. Terrible system. I was banned from Vinted for selling a shirt I bought from Selfridges. I provided Vinted with the receipt and proof of authenticity, but they told me to contact the company directly. I emailed the company with all the evidence, but they never responded. Because of this company, my 5-star rated account ended up banned.
