I don’t ever leave reviews. But I was thoroughly impressed after using reDollar. At first I was skeptical because I used another site, SellYourGold, in the past and was disappointed with the money I got in relation to what the coins I sold were worth. So this time I wanted to use a different site (and I definitely didn’t want to use a pawn shop). I opted to receive a shipping kit which arrived 3 days later (it was sent on a Friday and I received it on the next Monday; 3 days which included a weekend). I promptly sent my 10k gold rings the next day, Tuesday. It arrived that Friday to their lab. That same day, I got an email from reDollar saying that they had received my package. Less than an hour later I got another email asking permission to dismount the stones from the rings I sent. They also gave me an estimate of what they would most likely pay so that I could decide if it was going to be worth it to dismount so that I didn’t ruin my rings before I knew what they would likely pay. I told them that was ok. 20 minutes later they gave me an appraisal and asked if I agreed. I did, and they sent my check out that same day and I received it the following Monday. So exactly one week from receiving my shipping kit and I had a check in hand. Incredible. I am DEFINITELY using them again in the future. They paid the highest amount and was incredibly pleased with their service. Very courteous and professional. Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service.
