reDollarReviews of redollar.com

Thank you Redollar for such an easy transaction. I had a 10k mens class ring for sale. The local pawn shops offered $150 which I felt was low due to the high price of gold and the weight of the ring. Redollar paid me $302 for the ring which I knew was fair after doing research and using their calculator. Their offer came the same day that the package was delivered to them. I accepted within the timeframe of their email to me. A check was sent to me immediately and received within a few days. All with tracking numbers from start to finish. This transaction was safe and secure from beginning to end. I encourage anyone to feel confident in using Redollar. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN! Thanks Redollar!

I had the rings in a drawer for years, so I thought , I wonder what these could be worth? Got online , re-Dollar popped up. Company looked good , respected by police agencies. Very important ! They sent envelopes all paid. I sent the items , always letting me know the steps they took. Offered $869.00 for my items. Money in my account in 2 days. Happy Camper. I highly recommend this company . Fast and Easy. and personable in their emails. Jes

I was looking for a place to sell my gold jewelry and decided on reDollar based on other people's reviews. I really didn't want to haggle and just wanted fair price. reDollar's website has a calculator on their page that can give you an estimate of their purchase price (based on type of gold, description, weight) which makes it easy for you to compare with other places. Do keep in mind that it is an estimate that does not include stones/non-gold parts on your jewelry and also based on current gold prices. I have used their services twice now and am very happy with their response/speed/service. I will use them again once the price of gold goes back up.

Quick and courteous service on the sale of some hard to sell silver items, including weighted sterling pieces. I'm very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

professional -- clean transaction -- no surprises

Obviously professional service. Fair price paid for dental gold. Everything on the website was accurate and above board.

Could not have been easier! Excellent customer service and communication. Paid for item submitted very promptly.

After doing some research in what to actually expect when selling gold jewelry, my wife decided to sell her 65g 14k gold chain, starting locally. She got what she considered lowball offers from local jewelry and "We Buy Gold" businesses. The offers came in well below scrap value, so she was right - they were lowball offers. Since she was discouraged, I offered to research and help her sell her gold chain. Based on solid reviews and reputation and what appeared to be some of the highest prices paid for gold jewelry, We decided to send the chain to reDollar for an appraisal and offer. We were reluctant to send a gold chain worth nearly $2k in the mail, but after confirming the estimated value of the chain, reDollar provided a secure UPS shipping package, insured for the estimated value. The same day that reDollar received the chain, we received a comprehensive lab analysis that not only determined the weight of the piece, but the actual gold content. This report was accompanied by a personal email from a representative at reDollar. It was nice to have such fast turnaround, a detailed analysis of the actual gold composition, a name and a personal contact. It was also nice to get an offer that was nearly $200 higher than the best offer from a trusted "We Buy Gold" business in our area. We were satisfied with the offer, given the current gold prices for 14k. We accepted it and were promptly paid. Within an hour from accepting reDollar's offer, I had the funds in my bank account. My wife and I will be using reDollar for our next "cash for gold" transaction.
