reDollarReviews of redollar.com

I recently sold silver items to ReDollar. This is the second time I have sold to them. What I really like is they are honest, patient, and will answer any and all questions you have quickly and with great clarity. The prices offered are excellent. The selling process is easy and efficient - you could not ask for better. They are truly knowledgeable and professional. I will always highly recommend them - they are the best!

I had the best experience with ReDollar and I recommend them 110%!! Prior to selling to ReDollar I always sold my gold and silver to local places, as I was afraid to just send my valuables through an online retailer. However I knew if I sold through an online buyer I would get a lot more money, so after doing tons of research I decided to go with ReDollar and I am so happy I did! ReDollar makes its super easy to sell your valuables. I first used their online calculator to add my items to sell, which instantly provided me with a selling summary and the total payout I could expect to receive, which was WAY more than if I sold locally, like several hundred dollars more!! From there ReDollar provided me different free shipping options, so I choose to have a shipping label emailed to me, as I didn’t need a shipping kit, which they also would have provided for free! My shipping label, packing instructions and the amount of insurance coverage was instantly emailed to me. All I had to do was print it out, tape it to my package and drop it off at UPS. I received an email and text 2 days later when my package arrived to their facility. Then later that day I received another email with my lab report, which was the breakdown of each item I sent and how much they offered to pay for each. I accepted the offer, picked a payment method (I choose direct deposit. They offer many different methods!) and by end of that day I had the $$ in my bank account! I could not believe it!! Besides the ease of selling to ReDollar I really appreciated their transparency and how great and prompt their customer service was. Any time I sent them an email with a question, I would receive a response within minutes!! I can’t say enough positives about ReDollar!! I definitely recommend them and have just dropped my second package of items to sell to them in the mail!! I can’t wait to get my next payment!!

Had been looking for a trustworthy place to sell inherited sterling flatware, jewelry and some dental gold. Was impressed with website and offer of scale to weigh items. Weighed items, initiated online sale, and offer was more than expected as dental gold was 12K rather 10 K as I'd assumed. Second sale of sterling flatware for $1454.12 was several hundred dollars more than a competitor offered for same items. Have now made 4 sales and will soon do more. Outstanding, courteous service, very professional shipping kit, and quick deposit directly to my bank account.

Easy and fast way to get top dollar for your precious metals. They kept me informed through the whole process. Received over $1700 for scrap silver. Highly recommend them.

100% legit. Received $500 and then $250 and going to use them again. This place pays top dollar for your gold and silver! Better than your local pawn shop! I had my money deposited into my checking account quickly!

I took two gold class rings to a reputable local jeweler. Then I sent the same rings to reDollar using their free shipping package. ReDollar offered me $100 more! Their customer service is outstanding, with nearly immediate replies to my emailed questions. In less than a week from the day I sent the rings I had my money in hand.

I legit have never done business with such an awesome company! They have gone above and way beyond any expectations I've had. I had an issue arrise not related to them but they were able to help me out without me even asking. Like I can't leave enough stars for them! I 100% trust reDollar with any and all future precious metal sales. Can't believe how close to spot price they're willing to pay! I literally love them! Shout out to Susan P. for being a standout employee!! Thanks again sooo much!!!

I had a couple of old 14k gold rings that I had no use for nor would I ever have any use for them again, since they were a wedding set from my first marriage that ended in 1990, so I searched for a buyer online. I knew I wouldn’t get much at a local pawn shop. That is when I discovered reDollar. I was skeptical because they weren’t rated with the BBB but after reading so many other positive reviews without finding even one bad one, I decided to gamble. My gamble paid off in the amount of $391.54 for 10.23 grams of 14k gold. I seriously doubt that I could have got ½ that much from a local buyer and just to top it off, the entire transaction only took a few days without any fees; not even shipping costs. I’m usually not lucky in gambling but this time, I can only wish I had more gold to sell them. I usually don’t give recommendations or opinions on any of my business dealings, whether good or bad, but this was so exceptional, I’m making an exception this time. reDollar is legit and in my opinion, the best place to sell precious metals and gems. They are the “real deal.”
