Scam scam scam!! Save your money! They do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked as advertised! It took 3 months to receive the pillows I ordered. After countless emails to them asking where my order is, and requesting a rull refund because it must be lost, they finally admitted it was lost and sent me the pillows within a week. Instead of cancelling the order and refunding me as i requested in several emails, they reordered it without my permisson! When i finally received my order it was the wrong colour. I again requested a refund of my $89 dollars and they said they would refund $9! After fighting backing and forth with several more emails, they finally sent me $27. They never explained why they arent honouring their 100% money back guarantee no questions asked no hassel as falsely advertised. Also, to top it off after taking 3 months to receive the wrong the colour (i ordered white and I received a mustard yellow which shows through a white pillowcase), the quality is so poor i threw them in the garbage! I could have purchased the polyfill they used at a walmart for $20 and made 4 pillows the exact same. All it is is polyfill in a pillowcase! Scam scam scam! Save your money and frustration!

Man bestellt einen Artikel, der angeblich nicht vorrätig ist, statt Rückabwicklung versendet der Anbieter ein Billigprodukt, welches mit der Bestellung nix zu tun hat und bietet einen Bruchteil an Erstattung des Kaufpreises an. Im Kommentar des Anbieters wird Hilfestellung angeboten, die aber nicht erfolgt, man sieht sich lediglich in der Lage, nur einen Bruchteil des Kaufpreises zu erstatten. Daran ändert die Firma nichts und bleibt bei dem Betrug

I saw that several people ordered the VP Fuel Trigger Hose and got a version that was a turn valve vs. trigger shut off or have not received their order. It took over 2 months to get my order and it was wrong. They aren't allowing me to return or get a refund. DO NOT BUY from this company

I have order a pillow from this company on 08/ 07 /26.and have not heard a word from them.they don't give you any means to track your order.they don't answer e/mails a complete and uter scam say away or you will your money.

Ordered a Turbo air blower over two months ago. Every time I write customer service I get the same resonse to check my local delivery company, they know nothing about it and don’t have any information about it. This company are nothing but SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
