I had put an order in at Redline360 and one of the products that I wanted was out of stock and James from Redline 360 quickly reached out to me to let me know about it. He let me know that I could either wait till the product was back in stock cancel my order or I could pick from a few different options he chose for me. I ended up picking one of the options he sent me. The overall experience was very pleasant.
