Yves did a great job reaching out to me to confirm figment for the harness bar I ordered and promptly I’m shipped it once it was assured I ordered the correct item. I’ve had the opposite experience on other sites when ordering car parts and I appreciate the extra effort to ensure I got the correct parts the first time.

Even though they product I wanted was on back order so I didn't purchase. The communication and transparency of this company was on point.
