Yves was an amazing help, i received an email saying that the axelback i wanted was out of stock. I’ve been wrenching on cars for decades and I think I may have had the single best customer Service interaction with Tim G, to date! This is a review of Tim G., suspension expert. I purchased a suspension from Redline360 and reached out by email with some questions after my mechanic had some difficulty installing the back set. I got a reply from Tim the next day, and was on the phone with him in no time. With just a brief explanation, Tim got to the bottom of the issue and gave me solid advice on how to either find a great mechanic who would be excited to do the install, or how to install it myself. I do a lot of my own non-engine work, so I opted to try my hand. On two occasions, Tim made himself available by phone to talk me through a few steps where I wanted to be exactly sure I was doing things correctly. I’m very honestly never experienced such great customer service from a parts professional, and I was impressed with his expertise and willingness to share with me. I think he was as excited about me getting this on as I was. Because of Tim and the quality of the product, I will definitely consider Redline360 for future purchases.
