Hi Terence, as when we got to know that you have assembled your Elite machine which is a heavy machine. The best option was to replace that small plastic cover to help you not dismantle and send the machine and again assemble the new machine. As the part was a non functional part and for safety, we thought replacing would be a better option for you. Though we commit to our customer's happiness, kindly let us know if you still want the panel to be replaced and we will adhere to it :) Happy healing!
