I searched multiple other Red Light Companies. I easily chose RLT Home. They have a very Professional (human not A.I.) staff that deeply cares & responds quickly. They helped me find the best RLT Device for my budget & needs. ♡ I have a better quality of life for the first time in over 20 years of suffering with SEVERE Chronic Pain + Inflammation due to debilitating autoimmune diseases: Ankylosing Spondylitis, Degenerative Disk Disease & more that negatively affect my entire body but my spine is most painful (I have MRI visible damage of my spine bones) luckily my pain is FINALLY lowering fast RLT is the only thing that dramatically helps & I know because my Dr & Rheumatoidoligist have tried hundreds of different RX meds (opioid & non-opioid.) I even tried a Chiropractor, acupuncture, Spine steroid injections with no luck until I found RLT Home & bought my Full Spectrum RLT Device, it is very Professional Grade with a vast range of settings to cover any need. I mostly use the *Pain & Infamation,* setting & I fealt a difference after my first 40 minute session which keeps improving after every use. Life changing! I been struggling with IC ( or sensative bladder ) and non of doctors said a word about this- just stay on diet! I was in agony and pain almost every other day. I was afraid to eat anything that possibly would give me a flare. And I found RLT . I am 1.5 months pain free! Its a freaking miracle. Customer service is on top! They gave me with special protocol how to use it and they are quick with response! My dog is going through some stuff as well - RLT is helping too- customer service came up with special plan for my corgi ! Like guys - this is another level of treatment! Its a must have at every household!

The Total Spectrum Mini was delivered promptly after I ordered it. It was exactly as described on the RLT Home website. I found it to be well built and easy to use. I had been experiencing neck pain for quite some time but, after regularly using my Mini for 10 minutes every morning, my neck pain has improved considerably. (I'm not entirely pain-free, but I estimate that the Mini reduced my pain by 80 to 90 percent.) I have been particularly impressed by the RLT Home representatives' willingness to help me figure what device settings to use for my specific needs, how long and how often to use the device for my needs, how far to sit from the device for my needs, etc.

Superb customer service and information about the products. Excellent response time with regard to product query. Impressive build quality and ease of use. We had occasion to speak with AJ who assisted us with regard to one specific query; he was polite and informative.

Checked out around 7 to 8 models from different suppliers. RLT came up best for size, value and quality of build. Got the full length body panel and the electric stand with it. Full length panel is great for full body coverage with preset settings and remote control. Electric stand is terrific with preset height settings and remote control. Good support instructions and manual and follow up for therapy plans is terrific. Max from RLT has been very good in sending therapy plans for four of the family members who use it, plan after surgery has been good too. Family members who use it say they definitely can feel the benefits of using it. Had machine a bit over six weeks now and use regularly. Shipping time was as promised for the product, assembly instructions and video were very good. Got the full body panel and stand as two family members had used red light therapy at a yoga retreat and wanted to do more sessions back home. Worked out a better deal to buy our own machine than pay for sessions.

The customer service is beyond excellent. For those of us new to RL Therapy, we have a million questions and concerns.
