I purchased several cards yesterday…
I purchased several cards yesterday totally about $1200. Most of the cards worked fine, but one card did not. According to Amazon the card was already redeemed. So now I am out $250 because this company apparently doesn't honor their sales. Obviously the cards are not all verified before selling and if you do purchase one that is invalid they will do nothing about it. Please don't make the mistake I did.

We do have a reliable dispute process, so you can contest any trade during your dispute window, which for Amazon is 10 minutes, this time window is designed to give you enough time to redeem the gift card code to your account. If there was an issue reporting the bad card, send us a message on live chat and we'll reimburse you, we really want you to be happy trading at Redeeem!
