They did not have the color stethoscope that I originally ordered. However, a representative did call to inform me and gave me the opportunity to order another color and it was shipped out right away.

This was probably gonna be 3 stars but the lady with customer service saved this by letting me know about my product being on backorder and because i didnt receive any emails stating such she upgraded my shipping to get it to me faster.

Ordering was easy. $10 per name on stethoscope and bell I found a little excessive and it could have been darker as it was hard to read unless at an angle with a good light source. . But the fifth star was not earned due to me paying $25 for a guaranteed 2 day delivery and the package getting here in 3 days! Other than that, the material is of great quality.

Very fast personalization and shipping , hours not days . Would have been nice to have more options such as gold tubing and gold head with blue tubing instead of only gold with black tubing which is all they offer in gold . Very disappointed with options

The stethoscope looks nice and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, despite my personalized engraving including a period, it did not arrive with one printed even though it was within the character limits.

I ordered my daughter's initials on the round part that you use to place on the chest or back. I tough her initials would be on the circle part where the "L" is not in tiny letters inside it. You should show a picture if what the name and initials look like on the scope when ordering. Other than that, it is a Christmas present so I don't know how well it works yet.

I was satisfied with how quickly I received my delivery but was disappointed that the color did not match what I saw online. It liked lighter online.
