Great products at decent prices, but you loose all your savings when you pay 17$ for basic shipping.

The processing of this order was almost instantaneous. Once receiving the product in about a day, I saw my customizations were correct but there is black smudging on the tubing that does not come off. For the price paid, I was expecting a flawless product. Nonetheless, I understand customized products cannot be returned but hope for future orders that this finds a remedy.

My order was supposed to come with replaceable batteries for my pen light but I never received them. Also, my order was packaged with scratches all over. It looks as though my items were used before which I'm not happy about considering I paid for brand new ones.

Was really excited to order my new stethoscope and scrub pants. Then I hit checkout. $15 for shipping? That's really high, I'm only a couple of states over. I went ahead and paid. Only to find out my scrub pants would be shipped 12 days later than my stethoscope. Everything arrived as promised, but I found the shipping process and costs excessive. If a item is available, then it should ship immediately. Most companies offer free shipping if you spend over $100, which I did. Generally a perk of ordering online. Saves gas money. I can get a long way for $15 with my Sonata.

$10 for shipping and handling for two pairs of extremely light and small ear pieces is way too much.

Service could have been better

Not the cheapest price, but a trusted company. Shipping costs were pretty high, in my opinion. I would have just gone to a scrub store and bought this if they also provided engraving. Last time I bought a stethoscope from Redding, engraved initials were free. This time it was $3...but that was low enough for me to do it. But overall, I got a good product at a fair price. Delivery was super fast.

I bought this as a gift to my cousin. I haven't use it. Color seem little darker than it was show in the picture. It's ok. Tube personalize was light on the dark tube hard to even see it. Over all service was okay.
