Disappointed
I bought a medical device and, Redding Medical charged me twice what created a big problem because my bank charged me 6 times a fee for the following transactions thinking that my balance was negative. I finally fixed it but, it was a headache. I will think twice before to buy something else to them.

Claudia, I am sorry for the "headache", but Redding Medical only charged your credit card one time, and we shipped your order the same day. The other "charge" was a declined credit card. We never saw that order. Redding does not hold the funds - your bank does. Apparently the credit card address did not match the card, so the credit card processor automatically declined the card. Your bank then held the money aside assuming that you will need those funds for a future transaction.
