I ordered my daughter the LIttman 3 stethoscope with engraving. When it arrived, I noticed the writing was pretty small. I wish there was a way we could have seen how it looked before buying. I would have done a different font. Also, the case if very shoddy. I thought for $23, it would be more sturdy. The stethoscope just sits in it, I assume, doesn't "fit" into it (which is what I thought).

I could not see engraving. It should have been made either bigger or something in order to appreciate the engraving. Was impressed with the speed in delivery.

My stethoscope, trauma shears were fine. The penlight I received worked for couple of hours. The next day while on my shift it completely stopped working. It wasn't expensive for me to wast my time sending it back, but I sure won't buy penlights from them again.

Although the product was exactly what I wanted for my graduates, I was rather upset that the customer service lady I spoke to told me that if i added the extra $12 for 3 day delivery there would be no issue however when I spoke to another lady she told me the inventory was good and as soon as my account was settled the stethescopes would immediately be taken out of inventory and engraved on site and mailed that same day due to my time of ordering I didnt have to pay the extra amount but it was too late as my card was already charged

I ordered products here through my school and was very frustrated that they waited until the absolute deadline to send out orders. It would have been extremely useful to have the stethoscopes sent immediately to start using. It's been over a week now and order is still processing!

Your school set the deadline as to when the products were to ship. So, of course, we abide by that deadline in order to provide FREE Shipping to your school. Plus, we had to wait for other students orders to come in by the deadline.
