Great shipping. But after a couple of times using my stethoscope the diaphragm detached and now won't work. Waste of my money

I ordered my shoes over 10 days ago and still have not received them. My credit card was charged right away but my shoes are nowhere in sight. Next time I will pay the $30 more to buy the same shoes at a local store.

The stethoscope was good but the packaging was pretty pad. Newspaper was put inside instead of cushion or shock absorber.

The equipment I received was not compariable to an actual Littman Stethoscope. It was flimsy and cheap material. I could've spent 50$ more for an real Littman

I placed an online order for several different pieces of scrub tops and bottoms. After calling about the 110% price guarantee I was told they didn't have the items I ordered. Since you expect the items you order are available I'd placed an order with another company for some of the coordinating pieces since neither store had everything I needed. I now have the shipment from the other store and am left with parts and pieces of uniforms since Redding didn't have the items. My card was also charged for the purchase. I spent over $200 on these shoes, within the first 10 minutes I slipped in a patients bathroom, sent an email requesting my money back as they are not as described, have not received it as yet. Don't buy as customer service are not there to help, they just take your money and say bad luck!!!!!!!

You can find the Littmann Stethoscopes almost anywhere and the prices are usually about the same throughout. The reason why I wanted to buy it here was because there was a fundraiser at my university. I decided to participate since I had to get a stethoscope by the following year anyway. The stethoscopes here are the same as the ones on any website that sells the Littmann brand. I tried contacting customer service about the stethoscope I wanted to purchase through email but they never responded (not even after several weeks). I placed my order anyways because the deadline for the fundraiser was approaching. Then one day, I received a call from the company telling me the stethoscope I ordered had run out and that I would have to pay extra shipping if I wanted to wait for it to be restocked. I understood but I did not want to pay the extra shipping ($10), having already paid way over $100. I also did not want to change the stethoscope that I had ordered. Why would I have to do either of these things if the website never noted that the stethoscope was out of stock? When I was trying to communicate this to the customer service woman, she got angry and started to raise her voice at me. She told me that the website notes that the one I wanted was out of stock but she seemed to not understand that it did not say that when I ordered it. All in all, I have little doubt about the stethoscope's quality since it is a respectable brand, but the customer service was horrendous.
