I have no doubt that my products will be great once received, but I have still not heard anything about shipping on my order. The order status has said "Processing" for almost two weeks now. Waiting patiently on my order to ship and to arrive at my home! Aside from the slow service and the "waiting game" I think the prices are fair, and I've heard great things about the products offered.

I ordered a pair of greys anatomy shoes and they had to order them 6 days later I had to email them to find out what was going on with my order. That is when I found out they were waiting on them to come in. I never received an email stating they had to order them.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. I have not received any updates either.

I first ordered a ADC cardiology scope and paid the 20 2nd day shipping. I received the scope I was not a big fan I thought it was uncomfortable so I returned it and bought the Litmann master Cardiology. I had called Redding Medical to ask if there was some way of having them take care of the shipping on the 2nd one considering I paid for the first one and spent a extra $100.00. They said cause it was not there fault they can`t understandable. Here is my issue they told me it was 2 days regular shipping to get to my house in the first place. My question to them was why I paid for it in the first place then why was it a option then? they said customers pick there own shipping they dont get involved but so went with there shipping suggestion it took 6 business days to get to my house. If I had known that could have ordered off amazon for the same money and had it 2 days. This was my 2nd scope I purchased from this company. Not sure if I will order from them again.

The scissors had scratches all over it. I got these as gifts and they weren't even presentable fast shipping but poor quality

I like my stethoscope, however the engraving on the tube blends too well with the stethoscope. I can barely see my name.

I ordered replacement parts for my Littman stethoscope, the binaurals. Arrived quickly, delivered in just a few days. But, the packaging was generic, no Littman paperwork with it. No trademark on the plastic bag the part arrived In. Nothing to indicate authentic replacement parts.

Not too good. Edges of stethoscope are not smooth. Very obvious and ugly. I can send the picture. I should buy myself at store instead of online.
