i ordered what looked to be the correct placement part, and got a "pediatric" part instead. Thinking I must have ordered incorrectly, but wanting to be sure, I called and was instructed on the part number I needed. Wrong again. Emailed to ask for help. No answer. BUT the parts came very quickly….

I ordered an electronic stethoscope and a uniform. I received the stethoscope only. While I love that, I w3anted my uniform also. I was charged for the entire order. Would be very careful ordering from this company.

I ordered this product 11 days ago. I wish I could give you an accurate summary of my my experience BUT I have nothing to base it on except the fact that my package is still 'processing'.

Disappointed that I have to pay return shipping. And I returned a product for refund and I am not getting back my full money. For me I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered a littman select stethoscope in ocean blue and also paid extra for the engraving which is the reason I bought it from redding. Waited 4 days for them to tell me they were out of stock and when I asked how long until they could get it they said 2 more weeks. I couldn't afford to wait that long so I ended up getting a refund which was recieved the next day so that was good. Won't be purchasing anything from them anymore for fear of it being out of stock again. They should post that on the website ahead of time so people don't waste their time.

Was expecting one week for my package to arrive, not two weeks.... too long.. only glad I ordered it early enough before my ceremony, otherwise I'd be screwed!

I ordered a stetscope for my daughter, I had it lasered on the head and also the y part of the scope. the Head area was great but the area on the tubes was barely there was kinda bumped on that part and I paid extra for it
