I selected Littman Cardiology III stethoscope. The picture showed two examples of colored tubing with silver metal tubing for earpieces and a silver metal bell. There was also a "+20" option that showed color for black. I clicked on this expecting it would be blacking tubing with silver metal bell and earpiece tubing. What I got instead was black tubing, black bell and black earpiece tubing. This should not have been an option under the original product line I selected. I tried to explain how this happened and the company would not accept responsibility for the confusing website. I am unhappy with the product I received. If the black tubing with silver metal bell and earpiece were not an option, the initial picture showing silver shouldn't have lead to a black on black stethoscope after clicking on "+20"; this is the part of the ordering process that was ambiguous. If the consumer doesn't know a black on black stethoscope exists that may not recognize it as such on a picture.

I did not receive the stethoscope I paid for. I send a Lot of mails asking the company to send me the right colour ( which was the caribbean blue pediatric) and they answered me with questions and questions whithout sending me the product I had asked and paid for. They send me blue, and NOT caribbean blue. And I asked them to change it, but they didn't.

Very bad service. I tried to buy a product, you asked for the number of my credit card, the bank validated the payment, but your company did not accept the purchase. I had to call my bank to make the claim and they returned my money, which is not happening yet

So I ordered through my school and didn't hear from Redding medical until a month later. I then was informed that my school didn't have enough ordered for me to qualify for the free shipping. They wanted to charge me but after back and forth they said they'd send it to me. They never verified my address that I listed since I thought it'd be sent to school. Was sent to wrong address and returned to Redding medical. They then charged me shipping for the return and for sending it to me!! I would shop elsewhere and not deal with the back and forth and extra charges!

When I went to sign up for an account to receive free shipping they don't tell you that free shipping means they will send it to you when they feel like I received an email saying I will not get my order till after the new year when I wanted it for a christmas present. I placed my order November 26, 2016

I don't live in US, i tried to buy an accessory and couldn't because they asked me a picture of my ID and credit card, wich had never happened to me and i find THA unsafe. The paypal request didn't work either. I had to buy through another website.

Very disappointed-- as the entire purpose of personalizing was to deter theft, yet your personalization is not even found-- without close scrutiny. Your etching is same color as the tubing, thus it is worthless. Very disappointed. Ripped off, definitely. Order #100057352.

The selection of stethoscope tubing with earpieces (binaurals) is limited to 2 lengths: Too Long and Too Short. They are manufactured in 4 or 5 lengths and at least half a dozen colors and cant be trimmed to the correct length because the end that should slip onto the chestpiece is wider than the rest of the tubing.
