I did not appreciate having to drive to a postal warehouse to pick up my stethescope.

Catherine, We shipped your order (Free of Charge) via Priority Mail. Apparently no one was home when the driver attempted to deliver. So, you had to pick up at your local post office.

Reasonable if not fantastic prices, but oddly slow delivery considering what is becoming more commonplace. Product is fine - the same as can be gotten from a variety of retailers, so price is the deciding factor.

You chose the Budget shipping which states that you should allow 7-10 days for delivery. We actually shipped your package via 2nd Day Air. Your package arrived in the 2 day shipping time frame. My experience was okay. I was contacted when it was going to take longer than expected for my stethoscope to arrive because it was not in stock, however, since I was able to make the purchase without being notified the same day of this, I was not completely satisfied and I still had to pay for shipping. My advice would be to notify customers before they make their purchase that it is not in stock.

For any questions on Priority Orders, i prefer a call and a voice mail if i don't pick up rather than receiving an Email. Makes it easier for someone like me who doesn't always check their email.

Redding ships items every Friday for discount. My class is on Monday So, I had to wait an extra week to get my items, Compared to other companies prices, their was not a discount

So I was so excited about ordering the pearl pink stethoscope, but when it arrived the pink was very dull... the quality of the product is wonderful but I just wouldn't recommend ordering pearl pink unless you like a brown/pink in person...

Cute products, not best quality - but weren't that expensive anyway. Scissors sort of "grind" when you close them.. Just not the best product I've used - but they work!
