Somehow I ended up purchasing something I never looked at, and because it was engraved I could not return it. I failed to check the confirmation email until after I had received the item, but the confirmation email was what I received. Will go elsewhere in the future since the offered to help in rectifying the issue.

I needed an earpiece replace, but could only buy the kit which included a replacement diaphragm. It turned out to be the wrong shape diaphragm, and now I am unable to return to product because I damaged the original container. Could be better from a customer satisfaction standpoint.

Products are not as pictured on website. Engraving/Lasering done poorly and without attention to detail. Pricey! I later found same products elsewhere for cheaper. Did arrive in timely manner.

Just as an FYI: Our engraving is done by computer, laser engravers, and our pictures are usually provided by the manufacturer. So, we would really like to know what product was purchased and what the issue was with the engraving so we can address fix any problems. Sharon

Not worth the money, I could buy a brand new littman for not much more. The quality of the tubing was terrible and flimsy. It was also sticky not smooth like my original litmann tubing. I have returned this item and have lost $12 in shipping fees plus the $10 it cost me in return postage. Very unhappy!!!

I ordered a Cardiology lll stethoscope. It has a turquoise tube and smoke finished chest piece and headset. When I ordered it, I assumed the tube would be engraved black or gray, but it came light brown. It doesn't look good and I think it will fade over time. Also, my name engraved on the chest piece is very small, smaller than the Cardiology engraving, so it's hard to read. I wouldn't have spent the extra $20 if I would've known. All around, I'm not happy with the engraving. The stethoscope itself works great! I also ordered a storage clipboard and the back of it had a piece cracked off by the hinges, so that will be going back. Frustrated!
