The items that I received were in perfect condition as expected. The engravings are very visible and nicely written. When I ordered, I was in a bit of a crunch time for an assignment. I got an email after the order went through saying the item would be shipped when it came in. That was not a possibility as the items were needed ASAP. I told customer service this and they upgraded my shipping to 2 days for free. I received the items in time to do the assignment and did not have to pay extra because of the backorder status. I am very impressed!

The item I was looking for was out of stock at one of your competitors. They did not call me back after I left two messages. When called Redding someone actually answered the phone. Your customer service rep was very helpful. Redding was also out of stock. She checked and told me when the item was due at Redding. She was very professional and personable. Without her help I would probably have moved on to another company. Employees like this will help make your company grow
