Found what I needed on the website and was able to order it without any trouble. Part has arrived and has been successfully installed. Straight forward and easy.

I am glad I was able to find Redding Medical to purchase a stethoscope for my daughter. Redding Medical was highly recommended. The stethoscope came very quickly. The only thing I am a little disappointed is that the engraving on the tubing is not readily visible. I'm not sure if there was an option to pick a different color for the tubing. I don't remember seeing it. But the gray on red does not show up well. I am sure my daughter will be thrilled with the stethoscope.

Easy to use website. Order was held because shipping address was different than billing address.i happen to call to find out how soon a customized order took to ship. Customer service said they sent email but I did not see it. She got the confirmation she needed and pushed the order thru. It shipped that day. Very nice customer service person. Change this rule as other websites do not have this requirement.

The reason I only gave four stars is because of a few small issues I have had. One is that when a medication is low and the machine displayed that prompt it did not dispense any medication for that doseing time . Another thing is that when a medication is empty the loading door opens automatically allowing access of all medications to anyone. Another issue I have experienced is that when a notification screen displayed for example a missed dose or a medication is about to expire , that notification screen stays visible and I have yet to figure out how to clear it. So I guess the two things I have the most concerns about are the not dispinseing the dose and the auto opening of the door. If not for those two things I would definitely give 5 stars.

Communication can be improved but I’m impressed with service

I just received my product because i’m from argentina and A friend just bring me that. And in the box weren't the extra eartips and the sleeve.

I was bummed they were out of the color I wanted.
