Hi Jill, I am very sorry for the delay with your order. Our system showed we had this item in stock but we were not able to locate it. When ordering from the manufacturer I was not informed that this item was on back order. Again, I am very sorry for not shipping this item before Christmas Matt

Hi Lori, We have been working with FedEx ever since you notified us that you did not receive your package. The reason we are having a hard time is because you called FedEx and changed the delivery address prior to your package arriving. I am not sure how you were able to change it since we are only allowed to change a shipping address after it leaves our warehouse to avoid these situations. Please return my phone call when you have time to discuss how we can resolve this issue. Thank you Matt Redding

Hi Danielle, I am not sure what you are referring to, we shipped your order the same day you purchased. Your package was delivered on 8/27/18 and was signed for. Please let me know if you have not received your package. Reply: I feel like you may have the company's mixed up with who you received your products from. Please double check which company canceled your order and which company sent you the supplies you needed. If this was a mistake on your end, please adjust your rating. Thank you Matt

Hi Alberto, You place your order on Thursday, August 16th at 12:32pm and we shipped your package at 3:20pm engraved that same day. When you pick FedEx 2nd day it means it will be delivered in 2 business days. As stated on our website: Next Day (by end of business day), or 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 2 pm EST in order for your package to ship out that day. (For Example: if an order is shipped on Friday as an "Air" package, Saturday and Sunday are not considered as "Business" days by UPS OR FEDEX.) Thank you Matt
