While it took longer than I hoped, your customer service rep let me know what was going on.

Ordered on Friday and assumed by selecting and paying for “overnight shipping” I was going to receive the product the very next day. Was disappointed when I didn’t receive it as expected. Called to see if I could get the difference for shipping back and the lady I spoke to said it was in fine print on the shipping page. She said the manager was out and would call me upon their return. This is the second week and I never got a call back. My wife is happy with the product with her name printed on it, but I was a bit disappointed it didn’t arrive as expected before she began work on Monday.

Easy to deal with and did notify me on the first back order but they said 7 days ended up being 30 days before it shipped

The steth arrived in a timely fashion. Other than the fact that they did not have the first color of my choice after I made the transaction, everything else was a great experience.

Great product, fast delivery. My only negative was that I was unable to select the color of the inscription on the tube of the stethoscope, I can barely see name against color.

I just wish that your company would of had the pink I wanted. My granddaughter graduated from nursing school now an RN And her favorite color is bright pink. This pearl pink was ok but doesn’t look like any shade of pink. Other than color she loved it. Easy to place an order. Very friendly salesperson and quick service even during this covid-19 virus. Thank you

I am very happy with my purchase of the stethoscope. It was delivered in a timely manner, and I am particularly happy with the inscription of my name and initials on the body and the chest piece of the device. Flawless Littman quality! One thing I was not happy about was the box packaging which had been broken open. I do not see any harm done to the original box of the stethoscope inside. But the outside packaging had been completely undone. And, I am sure no body broke into the box after it was delivered on my doorstep, because I picked it up about 5 minutes after the mailman delivered it.
