Hi Melanie, Your order was received on a Thursday after hours so we processed and shipped your order on Friday. 2nd Day Air (2 business days) orders must be received by 2 pm EST in order for your package to ship out that day. (For Example: if an order is shipped on Friday as an "Air" package, Saturday and Sunday are not considered as "Business" days by UPS OR FEDEX.) So, a 2nd Day Air placed on a Friday before 2pm EST will deliver on the following Tuesday. Please let me know if you have any questions. Matt

Hi Holly, I am sorry we have not received any of your messages. The tracking information through USPS shows they tried to deliver your package but no one was home for signature. The package is currently at your local post office so I would give them a call to set up redelivery. Thank you Matt

Hi Michelle, I am sorry to hear the the shipping label still had your name that you entered when you placed the order, this was changed in our system to your mother's name. Even though this was changed, our shipping software pulled the oringal name on the order when printing the label. If you wish to discuss this issue please give me a call. Hi Austin, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery time of your order. When you placed your order at 8:00pm on a Friday we we are not able to ship out until Monday with following FedEx's standard overnight shipping. Next Day (by end of business day), or 2nd Day Air (2 business days) orders must be received by 2 pm EST in order for your package to ship out that day. So, a Next Day Air order that ships on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday unless the orders were placed after 2 pm EST then you will receive it on Tuesday.
