After doing much research on a diagnostic kit I needed for school, I purchased one through Redding Medical. This kit was by no means cheap, but Redding Medical had the best price than any other site. Shortly after receiving my kit, I learned from a graduating student that I did not need that elaborate kit, because they barely use them. I went to Redding Medicals website to inquire about returning my kit. I called the customer service, who gave me instructions on how to return my kit. I sent the kit back on Tuesday, got an email that they received it on Thursday, and the money was back in my account by Friday. This company is reliable & certainly earned my trust through this experience. I would not hesitate to purchase something from this company in the future.

The chat feature was wonderful! The person on the other end was very helpful. Also loved that they do in house engraving. This helped me make my decision to buy the 3M Littmann Cardiology Stethoscope from Redding instead of a competitor. I will absolutely use buy from them again.
