Redding Medical is one of the most attentive businesses I've ordered from in a long time. This was my first stethoscope purchase and they made the whole experience very positive. I did a lot of research of varying companies before I decided to order from Redding Medical. I made my decision based on previous reviews and price. I ordered the Littmann Cardiology III in Plum and even with personalization my stethoscope was cheaper than most other websites. The shipping was more than I expected it to be, but I received my stethoscope within 2 days! I was extremely surprised at how efficiently my order was processed, prepared, and shipped, and extremely happy with their service. Also when I filled out the personalization form, my full name did not fit because I have an apostrophe in my last name. They emailed me the same day I ordered and asked if I would like the apostrophe included. They offered to add it in even though it exceeded the maximum character length on the online form. This extra communication showed me that they really care about they quality of their work and about customer satisfaction. I love my new stethoscope, and I would recommend Redding Medical to anyone looking to order quality medical supplies.
