I don't usually write these reviews, but I was impressed by the customer service enough that i believe it deserves to be praised (special shout out to Janet who promptly replied to my emails and responded to my phone calls). Received confirmation of my order within 24hrs of placing it and was asked to verify my information by a real person just so they had my info right and everything was secure. They were also very accommodating with small modifications to my custom order. Order processing and shipping was prompt. Received timely communication for when the order was received, processed, and ultimately shipped. Good quality engraving on the stethoscope I ordered. My ultimate satisfaction from this purchase came from the human connection I felt from the customer service as a whole. It felt personalized and real without any automated/computerized nonsense; it was refreshing. I will come back if I need to make more purchases in the future.
