I placed an order online. I received a call probably within about 15 minutes letting me know one item was on a slight back order and should they ship the other items or wait and ship together? I was very impressed! Then that was back ordered (a breast cancer specialty item) and they called right away to ask if they could substitute it or did I want a refund. I don't think I have ever received such personalized service.

Ordering from Redding Medical was super easy. I ordered a Littmann stethoscope & upon ordering there were several options on colors & initial or name engravings! They also gave an option to add other nursing gear to my order with just a check of a box. My order was delivered before the estimated delivery date, which was very unexpected & exciting! I would recommend Redding Medical to anybody & everybody!
