I ordered a medical student kit 7 days ago and it hasn't shipped yet. A little bit of a let down after their 'fast shipping promise'. I am out of the country and will be back for only about two weeks so if it doesn't arrive by then I'm screwed. Now I'm panicking because I desperately needed all the items in the kit, I'm not sure I have time to reorder them separately from somewhere else. Very disappointed. Edit: Thank you! Got it resolved by customer service today, quick and easy. A happy customer :)

Value priced and student friendly. Item was out of stock but for the huge discount in price that's acceptable in my opinion. Fast with emails and information. Shipping is heavy but they use UPS, which is expensive all by its self. overall a good value for medical equipment!

I especially like the length and flexibility of the tubing. The chest piece is solid. Of note - the engraving should be able to be seen regardless of the color.

Stethoscopes are expensive, plain and simple...the good ones anyways. So price aside the littman i ordered was worth the bucks. I didnt come across any other site that allowed me to put writing on the actual tube in addition to initialing the chestpiece. Happy with the product overall

They had a great selection of equipment, and some had student deals too! Found the sphygmomanometer that I wanted for a decent price, but when you are paying >$150, you don't get free shipping? They are still cheaper than other places for this specific piece, but I was surprised they don't offer that service for free - that is my preference. Perhaps it is cheaper shipping to do it specifically per item, but I was still a bit shocked. Overall that was the ONE negative. They have a great supply, shipped pretty quickly, and the item is exactly as described. Thanks!!

The service was very prompted. I was just disappointed with the hurried inscription on my stethoscope because its offline on the bell & it's doesn't look professionally done. No refunds on personalized items.
