I ordered a big package that included a stethoscope. I ordered a certain color, but received the wrong color. However, the company called me and was very kind and gave me a mailing tag to send it back so they could give me new tubing. Otherwise satisfied with the rest of my supplies (blood pressure cuff, ID tag, bandage scissors, pen light)

The website was complicated to find the exact product that I needed, but I was able to reach a sales associate via the phone who helped tremendously and was highly qualified for her job. My tools were packaged safely and I was very happy with my purchase.

The stethoscope is beatiful. I requested gift wrap but it was not done.I was given a refund promptly.

The prices were great and I got my order faster than expected. Only thing was the laser etching of my name on my stethoscope faces the opposite way of anyone else's I've seen from different websites - my name faces the center where others I've seen face the edge. Not a big deal, it still looks great, just seems kind of silly that it was etched so I could see my own name rather than patients being able to read it.

This company had what I was looking for and delivered it quickly. I couldn't find this item anywhere else. Next time I will try the $4.00 aftermarket stethoscope tubing. It is somewhat obscene to charge $50.00, for a piece of soft plastic tubing. You gotta love this business model.
