I feel like the price match guarantee on the website is a little misleading. It does not apply to stethoscopes and that information is buried deep down in the policy. After a small customer service battle I was able to at least get a 100% not 110% price match on the stethoscope I ordered and the second lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and upfront with the information I needed. They refunded the price match difference very quickly and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY STETHOSCOPE!!! The shipping was fast and the engraving is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Even they guys at my job are jealous of my GORGEOUS stethoscope. Long story short I would definitely order from Redding Medical again if the price is right now that I understand how the price match process actually works. Their customer service is good once you get the right person on the phone and they do excellent and speedy work.

Ordering was easy, delivery on time, price was good but I had it personified and the initials were upside down from the letter "L" on the stethoscope. Not a big deal but it would look nicer if the initials were placed differently.

UPS shipping falls short when delivery to rural areas. I much prefer USPS

I absolutely LOVE my cardiology 3 littman and all of the other products I received. The website froze a lot in the beginning but once I got it working, ordering was easy and I got my products in a few days! Thank you for being so great!

I waited one week to receive my diagnostic kit and it arrived. Upon getting it and further inspecting everything worked except for the pen light. I called the assistance number and they stated they were sending out another one. If the one that comes in works I would rate these guys 5 stars.

Ordered a Littman Classic III stethoscope for job opportunity with engraving. Engraving came incorrect initially and after correspondence with the sales team it was corrected and sent to me. Equipment is as to be expected from Littman and ground shipping took under a week to arrive.

Ordered Navy blue with engraving, very satisfied with the tubing but the engraving is grey and does not show unless you are looking for it. UPS dropped the box at my door no signature nor did they ring the bell (not Redding fault) but for almost $100.00 and per UPS signature was required...overall love having new tubing
