Good service. I just had a little trouble during the payment because they did not accept my card. But they already find a solution with paypal

I would have given 5 stars but I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days.

I ordered a stethoscope tube assembly for a Littman Cardiology III stethoscope and it arrived timely and was as advertised, but for such a small item the shipping charge of $12 dollars was way too much.

I received my order a day sooner than expected and the order was exactly what I ordered. The plum color is lovely but I wish Redding posted real pictures of all their stethoscopes. As for the laser engraving, I wanted to add credentials to my name and met the requirement but it still wouldn't allow it. Only thing I could think of is perhaps the spaces were counted. All in all, great purchase. This is the second time I am buying from Redding and would again for the fast and reliable service with reasonable prices.

I ordered my customized stethoscope on Sunday night and received an email notifying me that it shipped the following day! Very quick and simple ordering process, great for those who need their product right away. The only reason I gave this review a 4 star is because my tubing looked like it was used and had a lot of dark spots all around. I was able to remove the spots and realized that this might have been from the engraving. I'm a first time buyer of Redding Medical Inc. and I'd buy from them again/ recommend to my peers.
