I was satisfied with the product. However, I was not satisfied with the service. I paid for 2 day shipping and ended up waiting a week and a half for the product to get in. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

My package was delayed more than 3 weeks by the USPS (no fault of Redding). I called customer service several times because of the delayed shipment and each time was told that they would investigate and call me back. However, I never got a call back. I eventually got the package, and as I said the delay was not Redding's fault, but a call back as promised would have resulted in a higher rating.

The overall quality of the stethoscope was great however, it too two weeks for delivery after they promised 24 hrs. Also, the color I ordered I was not able to get. This is why the hold up. But no one called to advise me.

Stethoscope I bought a Opps stethoscope which I do not recommend doing . I returned it. Customer service did a great job but I was out shipping to get it to my house and shipping to send it back. The stethoscope did not seem new despite reassurances from Customer service. I bought a new scope elsewhere and only paid 20 dollars more.

Product good but took over a month to deliver from order to receipt.

Shoes came in damaged. So that was very disappointing. However the customer service was great!

Scissor has scratch, seems not a new one, looks like defect product. Stethoscope is ok.
