I bought two products and only one shipped. as I was traveling, I ended up losing one of the purchases, but the site charged the value of only one product.

I ordered 6 otoscope light bulbs, I received 5 in the package, later on I found a note on the invoice, ooh, we did not have 6, we are sending you 5 now, when we get more, we will send one. I have never seen anything like this in my life, you order something, but they will send it to you in pieces.

Got some issues with eth shipping as it was delayed

First they wanted pic of my drivers license to verify my billing address Said it needed to match my ID I e mailed them and explained AL does not allow PO Boxes on their drivers lisences Explained my billing address is PO Box My drivers lisence is a physical address I paid through Pay Pal E mailed them and straightened it out Batteries in Pen light I ordered were dead Had to replace the Otherwise ok

Products ordered were fine. Shipping took WAY too long- longer than then 5-10 days as promised in the confirmation email sent at the time of ordering.

The sound quality is honestly just like the stethoscope I bought for $30 & it’s not even the color I expected it to be! Picture looks different than the actual scope
